The Grain House structure was originally built as a barn in the 1760’s and was used to store grain for American Revolutionary soldiers. The barn was later moved to its current location and opened as a restaurant in the 1930’s. Loved our Saturday night dining choice! The ambiance is great, although we were right next to the musician and that was a bit distracting. Will make a point to be seated away from the music next time. The food was absolutely amazing; everything was perfectly prepared and presented. Our server was outstanding - she really made for a wonderful experience. The only disappointment was the wine list. The choices are very limited and not what we expected from a restaurant of this distinction. All in all…can’t wait to return!

We visited for my boyfriend’s birthday and everything was just perfect! Lovely ambiance, attentive staff, food came in a timely fashion. We ordered a few things but the Mushroom Pizza and Scallop Risotto were our favorites of the night. They also put his name on the board wishing him Happy Birthday which was a lovely touch. Thank you so much! We will be returning soon!!
