Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar features creative Italian-inspired dishes using the fresh seafood and game meats. It offers at least four different organic specialties a day. Try its pan seared foie gras with grilled Portobello mushrooms and Belgium endive, its pheasant breast that is lightly seasoned and pan roasted and served with roasted chipollini and mushrooms, or a combination of caribou and lamb chops marinated with fresh garlic and rosemary drizzled with a honey rosemary demi-glaze. Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar has a full-service bar with its signature creations as well as traditional cocktails.     My wife and I had a very nice experience as usual. We chose an early dinner time, so the dining room wasn't crowded when we arrived (it did fill up quickly). Our server was very attentive without being intrusive. She took our order promptly, and the food was delivered to the table in a very reasonable amount of time. We both chose filet dishes (my order included crab cakes),, and the meat was prepared as ordered. We also ordered dessert: My wife had the berry crumble and I the flourless chocolate cake. Both were excellent. In summary, everything was as good as we have come to expect from Caleb's. We recommend them highly.

    We really enjoyed our dinner at the Joseph Ambler Inn. The butternut squash soup and shrimp cocktail appetizers were absolutely delicious. Not to be out done by the scallops and Chilean Seabass entrées which were just out of this world. The butter cake, flan and chocolate ice cream were a perfect ending to an absolutely "top-notch" dinner – kudos to the chef! What really made our dinner fun and even more enjoyable was our awesome server Tina. She had a smile that would light up a room and she kept us entertained all evening long with her phenomenal sense of humor. Thank you for an awesome evening Tina !!!

    Excellent Maki rolls, our favorite was the 309 roll. Tuna pizza appetizer and flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce were so tasty!!!
