Best Organic Food Restaurants in Elmhurst

Gibson's is a very dependable and consistent restaurant. I have found both the food and service to be excellent. Their steaks and desserts are particular stand outs in my opinion. I will return to Gibson's and have been a customer for more than 10 years.

I have eaten here a handful of times and enjoyed every meal. So delicious, so healthy! My only issue is that the noise level is high when the restaurant is full, but that is more a personal limitation than anything critical of the restaurant.

Unique breakfast offerings. Avacado toast with 2 poached eggs were excellent. My wife had the egg and bacon sandwich topped off with a mimosa. She said both were excellent. Wait staff was attentive. Had cappuccino after in seating area. That too was excellent

While our entire experience was excellent, I have to call out the service as some of the best we have had. It started at the host stand with a warm welcome, attentive and personal service from our waiter and ended with a sincere and kind departure by the host stand team! Truly exceptional experience all around. Add to that the food was well-prepared, perfect temp and very flavorful. We had ribeye and NY strip steaks and Caesar salads, followed up by the banana pudding. All were quite tasty! From the bar, the cocktails were very well made … old fashioned, manhattan and mojito. We look forward to our next dining experience at Weber Grill Lombard!!

Kind of a hidden gem tucked inside the hotel. We were really impressed with the food, so many delicious plates. Absolutely will return.
