Weweremeetingold friends halfway. I found this restaurant on open table. Menu looked great. I asked fora quieter table in the back. It was perfect. The food was delicious, portions enough to bring some home for lunch. My margarita was perfectly made. If we lived closer, this would be my neighborhood go to!

Gibson's is a very dependable and consistent restaurant. I have found both the food and service to be excellent. Their steaks and desserts are particular stand outs in my opinion. I will return to Gibson's and have been a customer for more than 10 years.

I have eaten here a handful of times and enjoyed every meal. So delicious, so healthy! My only issue is that the noise level is high when the restaurant is full, but that is more a personal limitation than anything critical of the restaurant.
