Best Organic Food Restaurants in Longmont

We had a wonderful dinner at Greenbriar; celebrating my wife’s birthday. This was our first visit to Greenbriar after receiving many recommendations from others. The service was excellent and personal. The dishes were of exceptional quality and taste. We really appreciated that most of their ingredients are locally sourced, organic and regeneratively raised/produced. We will be certainly be returning again in the near future. I especially appreciated our waitress, Valerie. She was knowledgeable, fun and professional. The staff also treated my wife to a delicious, complementary cheesecake for her birthday celebration. I highly recommend The Greenbriar Inn for dinner and look forward to visiting again soon.

Bramble and Hare is a great restaurant. The food was fresh, well prepared and very tasty. The vegan option which we asked for was superb. We give it our absolutely highest recommendation. Additionally the service was perfect attentive and thgoutful but not obtrusive. We will definitely eat. At Bramdle and Hare again and we highly recommend it!!

We had a wonderful dining experience. The bartender seem to curate the drinks just for us. The food was outstanding, and the service was prompt, kindness, and wonderful.

This is one of the best restsurants in Colorado. Keenly supervised by Owner/Chef and a very disciplined attentive staff. Food exceptional.
