Best Organic Food Restaurants in Mission Hills

The great news: service was excellent, food spot on. We had bread (must have), beets, and a charcuterie plate to start, which was plenty for four of us. All was excellent, but the charcuterie was the standout: perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and even came with notes so you knew what you were eating. For dinner, we had filet mignon, wagyu skirts, and a ribeye. All were superb and cooked exactly to specification. Desserts and drinks were also very good. The less fabulous: We asked for a quiet corner since it is a busy and crowded spot, and while we were in a corner of the private room in the back, so was a loud party of 6 or 8. We asked if they could do something, but nothing was done. Parking: Even at 5:30 on a Sunday, it was not easy to find a spot close by.. If there'd been valet, we'd have definitely used it. All in all, we'd do it again for a special occasion. The manager did listen to our noise issue, and acknowledged it impacted our experience tonight, so I don't expect it to happen again

Our server, Gabby, was excellent. From the minute we walked up to the hostess stand, everyone was delightful and welcoming. We had burgers and they were excellent! Can’t wait to go back.

The ambiance was both elegant and welcoming, perfect for a special dinner. The food was outstanding. Every dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection—tender and flavorful—and the lobster tail was buttery and delicious. The sides were equally impressive, with the truffle mac and cheese being a standout. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, ensuring our glasses were always full and every need met without being intrusive. The attention to detail and personalized touches truly elevated the experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want an incredible meal with a view, Island Prime is a must-visit. We can’t wait to return! Five stars, without a doubt!

Exceptional service and food--each dish was unique, and had a flavor profile that we had never tasted before. The miso black cod was our favorite. The wagyu bread was 'wow', and the Thai salad burst in our mouth with amazing flavors. The service from those bussing to our server were outstanding. A true gem--we will be back!

This is my go to for business lunches and special events. Food and service at or above expectations. The views are amazing. Selection and quality provides something for all. Custom food requests don’t seem to cause issues. Lunchtime parking is ample and has been free when we go. They may regulate parking sometimes so call if that is a concern. You can’t go wrong with the Cohn family of restaurants, with C-Level being one of their premier locations.
