    Under the radar, top notch shabu shabu dining experience. Secret spot on 4th floor of a building on a quiet street in Ginza. Enjoyed delicious Hokkaido scallop in a butter broth; shrimp/egg/scallion soup, fresh greens,mushrooms,unique sesame sauce, sake ice cream and so much more. This chef is an artist—creating an elegant, thoughtfullly sourced, shabu shabu experience. The space (and restroom) are immaculate. We enjoyed a private, relaxing dining experience.Tableware was eclectic and elegant.

    Our family had an amazing dining experience here. Come hungry because there will be plenty to eat. We couldn’t even finish everything.     Essence was so wonderful. The food was delicious, with unique tastes and flavors, the chef was very friendly and attentive, and (most importantly) my girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I was really enjoying the bread rolls ... and as we were leaving the chef offered us a fresh loaf to take home! Just an all around great experience.
