We had an amazing dining experience at Primo at JW Grande Lakes in Orlando! From the moment we were seated, our server, Juan C, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal. The food was simply outstanding — each dish was not only bursting with flavor but also beautifully presented. You can tell that the ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully sourced, which elevated the overall dining experience. Great job, Ramon. What a server! He remembered us from visiting this location two years ago. We recognized him immediately and was elated to have him as a sever. He’s funny, honest, and efficient. We visit this Unos location every year when we are in Orlando. We usually go with a party of 8+. Good times all around.
