- SSuzieNew York City •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoIf you're looking for the perfect spot for a delightful brunch, Great Maple in Fashion Island is a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the warm ambiance and inviting decor set the tone for a fabulousmeal. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, catering to both classic and adventurous palates. Their hot honey fried chicken sandwich is delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. What truly makes Great Maple in Fashion Island shine, however, is the staff. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic, they make the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're catching up with friends or treating yourself to a solo morning out, Great Maple offers a brunch experience that feels both luxurious and homey. The Butternut Squash Soup was reportedly meh. Desserts a bit disappointing today (not usually) — can’t recommend the berry sorbet (odd-tasting), and the Vanilla Pot de crème was a bit bland according to the friend who had the soup. Our waiter was like a warm hug, the kind of server you look forward to his check-ins!More infoFarmhouse at Rogers GardensPrice: Expensive• American• Corona del Mar•4.8

Party of 8, had an issue with our waiter (no need to put him on blast but good grief was he unprofessional and rude), we spoke to the manager who apologized AND switched our waiter immediately - she was SO professional and gave us exceptional service. We come here for special occasions and the customer recovery was very much appreciated. Thank you Orange Hill for acknowledging our issue and providing an immediate turn around. One thing to note, the expelled waiter returned to our table and made us uncomfortable by mentioning he had the table “taken from him”…we didn’t need to here from him and not sure why he felt the need to make that statement as we were already made aware, hence why we spoke with Management. Anywho, we will continue to return - delicious food and beautiful restaurant!More infoOrange Hill RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Orange•4.6

However, Christmas at the Summit House is even more special. The amazing meal, holiday decorations along with the carolers made our dinner so memorable. To top it all off, our server, Jennifer, was spectacular!More infoSummit House - FullertonPrice: Very Expensive• Prime Rib• Fullerton•4.8
