The Pub The Cricketers is a country pub and dining rooms with a large beer garden and outdoor patio dining in the summer. The pub is a beautifully refurbished and extended early 19th century public house. Once known to the locals as “The Old Orchard House”, we really are a hidden gem on Cricketers Lane in Warfield, just a short drive from Ascot Racecourse, Legoland and Bracknell. We are family friendly and also happy to welcome dogs into our bar and garden areas as we always have a jar of dog treats in the porch.     I have 2 or 3 Sunday Lunches at the Rose and Crown every month. They are consistently excellent and really good value. I also love the ambience in the Rose and Crown .... there's always pleasant and friendly people in there.

    Excellent Service and excellent food. Will definitely be returning and very happy to recommend to family and friends. I booked a table here to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband and we were presented with a surprise dessert which was a lovely surprise. Such a wonderful jester.

    Our first time at the Greyhound. We both had the tasting menu which was absolutely lovely. The service is excellent, and we were looked after superbly. It was much more than a meal and more like ‘an experience’. My partner and I were amazed when we left, that we had been there for almost 4 hours. Finally, you know you’re in a place that thinks of everything when they 1. Have a presentation box with different strength reading glasses for those of us that always forget our glasses. 2. At the end of the meal, you are given a bag with 2 gift boxes with breakfast for the next day. Superb all round and we will definitely be back.
