Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Hicksville

Wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner. Delicious salad and entrees. Dessert was a little disappointing; banana’s foster was delicious. Small portion for two people; $18 for a scoop of ice cream and a few slices of banana. Disappointing end to a delicious dinner. Other than the dessert, the dinner and ambiance were just wonderful. We were seated immediately upon arrival. The service was amazing as well as the food. Would highly recommend! The braised short rib special for Valentine’s Day was out of this world!

We were there on a Thursday and enjoyed their Prime Rib special. Live music was a plus. We’ll definitely return.

This is an update to a previous post where I gave a zero rating. I had the opportunity to dine here once again. Since my last dining experience, they hired a new General Manager to correct the issues they were having. While the food before was sub par there certainly has been a marked improvement and is excellent. The terrible service we had prior was a completed turn around. Juan and Lin treated us if we were family and royalty. Their attention not only to us but every other diner around us was impeccable. The new General Manager Joey came to the table several times making sure both the food and service was up to Scotto’s standards. My previous rating of zero is now a 5. Joey, Juan and Lin made sure our dining experience was top notch and an enjoyable evening both by the service and food. I will definetly go back.

First time in the igloo. Had a great experience. It was a little colder than I thought it would be but it was fine. We went for my son’s birthday and nothing really excites him but he loved it! He kept saying how happy he was that we went there! Staff were super friendly, our waiter was pleasant and seemed like a very hard worker. Overall great experience and I plan on going back!
