Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Holly Springs

This place is a real treat. It is expensive but it is a real food experience and not just a meal. Incredible food. We had 4 courses, and then they bring a little something between or before all courses, such as little breads, a pre-dessert, they even brought these little 'corn dogs' that were actually duck, and presented so that they looked like the plant called cat-tails. It is not cheap, but it is an experience that you will like talk about and remember for a long time.

We arrived 10 minutes late. They were able to get us in quickly even though Duke had a game. The menu had changed since it was a game night to their "Game Menu." It was similar but they didn't have their steaks or lamb that I had my heart set on. Our server, Kristen was wonderful. We let her know our time constraints and dietary restrictions. She accommodated flawlessly. The front of the house manager seemed like an active participant in everything going on. Food was wonderful and was a good value. I look forward to coming back when we can spend some time and really enjoy what they have to offer.

As always, the service that staff provide is above and beyond. I love to bring colleagues from abroad to experience this high quality, upscale spin on southern food. It really sets a high bar! Of course, we came in like a storm and too many people followed us from the office, and the staff (especially Olivia W) handled it with grace, kindness, and humor. The food is ALWAYS amazing. The presentation of the plates, the quality of ingredients, and the environment just make for an overall wonderful experience. I cannot recommend enough!

This was my first time at Mulino my wife wanted to come here for her Birthday we were a little upset at first because we made reservation for 5:30 a week in advance but I guess they had a wedding party already booked and they called us the day before our reservation to push our time back an hour needless to say I was not happy but I must say the food and the service was outstanding enough that the time no longer matter to me we are making a family reservation as we speak for my oldest sons birthday on February the 15th this is an outstanding restaurant with outstanding service

The food, staff and service were very good! It was Christmas Eve and a bit busy, but the staff really steps up and covers for each other. Refreshing. Filling water glasses, clearing plates, etc. Will return soon.
