Sansei has a variety of scrumptious sushi and seafood items that are legendary. Sansei serves incredibly delectable dishes such as our famous miso butter fish, shrimp dynamite, steak, grilled pork chops, smoked duck and delicious noodles. Please come and bring the Ohana as we accommodate walk-in guests. Walk-in wait times vary due to flow of the restaurant they could be as little as 30 minutes or upward of 1.5 hours. Please be advised we have not opened sushi bar seating since closing due to Covid. Early Bird Special every Sunday and Monday from 5:00pm-5:45pm, Everyone is on a walk-in basis for this Special offer.

A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST.     Outstanding views of the Plantation golf course as well as the beach with whales jumping every five seconds to remind us how nature is so powerful! Pair that with a great holiday menu (3 courses) with plenty of options! I had the crab cakes and my husband a salad to start. Salad was light and fresh and crab cakes were flavorful and crispy. For mains, my husband had the rack of lamb and I had the macadamia nut crusted mahi. Both were delicious and came in big servings. Dessert, was the cherry of the ice cream! The best pineapple upside down cake!!! Our waiter was always on top of everything and was super sweet! We will definitely come back!

    Amazing! Their charcoal cooked fish was amazing. Best fish we ever had. It’s pricey but it’s definitely enough food for 2-4 people and comes with 2 sides. My wife and I had enough leftover and added it to Caesar salads by the pool the next day. Definitely recommend getting the fish. The Maui onion dip was amazing too and could eat it all day long.

    Our night started with the thoughtful valet, reminding me about my sunglasses as we were about to experience the beautiful sunset from the property. The side yard gives you great views of Kapalua Bay Beach and Moloka’i. The gentleman hosting was very thoughtful and remembered our reservation like it was his only one this evening. We were seated a side area table and treated to the wonderful sunset and sweeping views of Kapalua. The service was impeccable, with staff coming around to refill water glasses and checking on us. There was no feeling of being rushed which reminded us of dining from a time gone by. Our meals were delicious, with the Poke being created at our table. The Taro Humus was creamy and a table favorite. Our main course were equally well prepared and tasty. Overall, we found this dinner out to be the highlight of our dinner experience while on Maui. A truly spectacular dinner but an even more impressive staff. A special thank you to Miss M for taking care of us during our visit. Well done all!
