Husband and wife owners, Massimo Schiavon & Antoinette Borromeo, provide an extension of their home to guests. A few of their signature dishes are Trofie Pesto Genovese, Rigatoni Bolognese and a Pasta on the Wheel.     My wife and I were in Lambertville for Christmas Eve, at the last minute or Dinner plans fell through, that's when we found The Hawke. Everything about this place is amazing, drinks were very good, I had the pork chop with the peppercorn sauce, my wife had the Veal, both were absolutely out of this world. Ricky our server was very energetic, his personality made our experience that much better.

    Fabulous halibut meal tonight. Seated upstairs in a nicely warmed room with plenty of space and great ambience. Love that the entrees include a variety of vegetables which are perfectly done. Tonight was carrots and broccoli along with the smooth mashed potatoes. The crème brûlée and coffee were delicious too. This restaurant never disappoints.

    Beautiful and inviting decor. Authentic, fresh and flavorful cuisine. Service was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience. We cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend the pot of mussels in arrabbiata, the sticky ribs, homemade pastas. Inventive cocktails. And, the Bombolini and affogato for dessert. Divine.
