Steak tips were tender enough to cut with a butter knife ; fried pickles were crisp & juicy without being oily & fish tacos were delicious. Drink menu was extensive with a few unique offerings. Will definitely return for another visit.

Christmas Eve dinner. Festive, lively atmosphere without being too loud for easy conversation. Service was excellent, beginning with the accommodation of a late addition guest. Staff was there for every need and question yet never made us feel rushed—even though our meal went past closing. I expected great food and was not disappointed. Oysters were particularly good and French-pressed coffee always adds a great finishing touch. My teenagers had a great time and have a new appreciation for real food. Highly recommend.

Waterman’s is our go to place for the ambiance, food and super friendly services! The food at Waterman’s is always delicious with a little flair to it . You can’t go wrong if you are looking for a special place to be with an awesome group of service people who care about your experience. Prices are to be expected for something nice! Overall very good . A few details .Blood orange Cosmo in the bar was sour. I think proportions were off. Bartender was very upbeat and pleasant. Overall meal was very good but one guest thought the Carbonara was fine but not the best. Barrata was excellent. Pizzetta was very good but too large for an appetizer. I would note that on the menu. One guest enjoyed the feast of the seven fishes. Veal tenderloin was a probably medium as requested. I should have ordered medium rare. Pork chop was very good . Our waitress Gabrielle was excellent , personable and just the right approach for a Christmas Eve celebration.
