- SShellieChicago / Illinois •4 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoThe wait staff was friendly and accommodating. It was not busy so they allowed us to sit in the window area. Our service and food were good and because it wasn’t real busy it was not noisy. Our only negative was their signature appetizer—the crostinis were burnt, I don’t mind well done so decided to go ahead and try them but all I could taste was the burnt taste. We told our waitress and she got new ones that still appeared burnt but did not taste as bad, but still not great. Neither of us ate much of the appetizer, it just tasted like burnt toast.More infoIl CulaccinoPrice: Moderate• Italian• South Loop•4.3
- RRichardvipChicago / Illinois •78 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOur server, George, was excellent. Helpful, informative, but not pushy. The lobster stuffed deviled eggs are a must for us. SO delicious. The steak salad has roasted potato cubes, wild mushrooms, and tomatoes on arugula covered with shaved manchego. Really a good meal. Large amount of well-cooked steak. The rigatoni pasta with sausage, tomato and other bits definitely pleased my husband. Too full for a dessert, alas. Highly recommend Remington's if you're going to be in downtown Chicago.More infoRemington'sPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown / Loop•4.6
- JJeffreyNew York City •10 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 19, 2024Beautiful restaurant with very good food and creative drinks. While the smash burger looks unassuming when placed in front of you the second you pick it up you know it's something special. It has some serious weight to it and it tastes really and I mean really good. My wife had the steak salad and loved it. The sangria was very good as well. Overall a great dinning experience.More infoBar MarPrice: Expensive• Spanish• River North (Chicago)•4.6
- JKJennKNashville •5 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 18, 2024Acanto on Michigan Ave was the perfect choice for dinner before a concert at the Auditorium Theater. Within walking distance to the venue. Acanto had many gluten free options that were necessary for our visit. Food was fresh and so flavorful. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend.More infoAcantoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown / Loop•4.8
