Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Then its hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients imported from Italy AND sourced locally, and cooked at a fiery 400 degrees.We do other stuff as well - starters, sharers, salads, homemade desserts, and gelato. Ricky's offers seriously the most delicious dining experience in Noosa! From the starters to the desserts, every dish is crafted with exceptional thought and care. My favourite dish was the Barramundi main dish oh and the Soufflé! I can’t recommend Ricky’s enough! Stunning day with beautiful breeze throughout the restaurant. We asked for table to accomodate a pram and a doggo and were seated at an excellent table. Service was excellent. Food was really great. Overall a really lovely experience. Will be back!

One of our favourite restaurants that is our must visit when we holiday on the Sunshine Coast. The views and ambiance are breathtaking and relaxed. The staff are so warm and welcoming. The food is incredibly fresh and of course, delicious and the cocktails and wine list don’t disappoint. Something for everyone, including the non drinkers. We love coming to Sails in the Christmas season and are very grateful to everyone who made it so special
