Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza. Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours. We use D.O.P. San Marzano tomato for all red pizza bases. Our Fior Di Latte (fresh cows milk mozzarella), Buffalo mozzarella, Ricotta and Burrata cheeses are sourced from premium local manufacturers. We ordered the Kangaroo Skewers, Yellowfin Tuna and a Tomahawk steak, along with broccolini and pumpkin as sides to share. Every dish was excellent. It exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend visiting for an incredible meal. We plan on going again.
