I sat at the bar and the energy of the room, staff and the other patrons turned into such a wonderful evening. Kersten, as well as the entire staff really made the night such a wonderful experience. Thank you STK for your commitment to excellence, you made being alone on a holiday, not lonely at all. We were reminded that "a stranger next to us is only a friend I've not yet met". Happy holidays everyone. Danny Farris, San FranciscoMore infoSTK - San FranciscoPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Financial District / Embarcadero•4

Our wonderful waitress recommended I have the lamb chops (stating they were the best thing on the menu)…and they were superb! My husband had the surf and turf, but honestly we would order just the steak next time! We started our meal with the prawn cocktail (fabulous) and the lobster ravioli (too salty for our taste). - WWilliamvipSan Francisco Bay Area •80 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWhat a wonderful restaurant, live music with a singer, and a table for 5 just close enough. Several stations, as it was Thanksgiving. Salads, pastas, great veggies and excellent turkey, roast beef and porchetta. Delicious desserts. And wonderful wines, all included. Excellent and attentive service from all staff, a great start to the Holidays. Enjoy!More infoThe Post RoomPrice: Expensive• Californian• Downtown / Union Square•4.4

It’s often just what I want to eat. I had a baguette steak that reminded me of France in the 1970s. The prices have definitely increased. It’s not out of line with similar places, but it used to seem cheaper than other places of equivalent quality. No longer. It’s every bit as expensive as other fine dining places if more relaxed than some.More infoZuni CafePrice: Expensive• Modern European• Civic Center / Hayes Valley / Van Ness•4.7
