What a great experience. While the food and service was the star of the show, we had a great time listening to the soundtrack playing during the meal. The music was great and not the traditional “stuffy” music you might imagine playing in the background. Definitely had us dancing in our seats! As far as the food, I cannot express how absolutely delicious everything was. From the oysters, butter board to the main course of filet and salmon, our taste buds were smiling from ear to ear. Every piece cooked and served to perfection. The service was very attentive and friendly. Everyone that stopped by the table was a joy to interact with! Job well done Stanton Social TEAM!!

Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance. The Foundation Room never disappoints, food and service are top-notch and of course the views are to die for.

Our waiter was a vibe! We had a great time and delicious food !! Such a fun night. We made reservation a month ago and still had to wait for an hour to be seated. Luckily we found a lounge next door that was amazing to have a cocktail while we waited :)

We stopped here for lunch on a Thursday. My wife had the 4 course tasting menu, while I had the pork noodles. Her beet salad (2nd dish) was terrific, and we both liked our noodles (she had tofu ramen). The pork belly that comes with the pork noodles was particularly good. Service was fast, and quite helpful. All in, very good meal.
