- FFafievipLas Vegas •38 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe were caught in unbelievable traffic trying to get to the restaurant. I had to call in 4 times to update our reservation. Everyone that answered the phone was pleasant, empathetic, and the last person even offered to make a new reservation for us after the Shania Twain show ended. Our evening ended with one of the most tender, juicy filet mignon's I have ever had. By the way when we got to the restaurant, nobody rushed us or did anything but provide exceptional service including our waiter Steven. Even the valet attendants were exceptionally helpful. This is a very well managed restaurant that hires people who like their job and care. We will be back. We are locals Las Vegas residents.More infoStrip House - Las VegasPrice: Expensive• Steak• Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino•4.7
- LLindseyvipLas Vegas •11 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoCame here for my husbands birthday. Small inside. Our table was very small but it was more of a private table set aside by itself. Wasn’t really romantic but it was quiet and we could hear each other. On to the good part! The FOOD! We ordered a Caesar and wedge salad. The Caesar salad was so good. No fishy taste at all. Homemade croutons that seems to be made from the same rolls they give complimentary. Speaking of rolls and complimentary… The bread basket with the onion bread and dipping sauce.. um, yum! Sooo good. For our entree we ordered the steak for 2 and the German potatoes. Cooked to perfection. Nice crust on the steak. Tender, juicy, full of flavor. The potatoes are somewhat crisp and mixed with onions. Also very good! Definitely a place for an occasion! Love the history and the one in NY so had to try out the Vegas one!!!More infoPeter Luger at Caesars Palace, Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Paradise•4.6
- KKarayahSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoGolden Steer was an absolute highlight. My mom & I got the longhorn & lobster for 2 combo, which is the absolute best way to go IMO. We chose the table side Caesar salads. Neither my mom nor I are love Caesar salads typically, but this one blew us away. It’s the best we ever had. The steak was perfectly seasoned & the lobster tail was the most decadent amazing lobster I’ve ever had. We got the whipped potatoes & the mushrooms as our sides. The longhorn with the potatoes & the mushrooms & their rich gravy was a luxurious experience. We also ordered the king crab legs, but they were watery & not as sweet as either my mom or I expected, BUT their customer service was top notch & they took care of us. We ended our meal with the table side bananas foster. Golden Steer was an experience I will treasure for a long time.More infoGolden Steer SteakhousePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Near the Strip•4.8
- LLaszlovipLas Vegas •87 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoSecond time there. We choose different food than last time: fried fish (snapper) recommended by our server. It was excellent. Unique presentation: the flash of the fish taken off from the bones and fried in smaller pieces. We got good recommendation from the sommelier: cava but not cava (he explained that now some parts of Spain does not want to be associated with the word "cava", so they call theit sparkling wine differently. But it is still the good Spanish cava :)More infoBazaar Mar Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• The Strip•4.6
- RRaphaelSan Diego •19 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOur second time here. Imaginative flavors and dishes. Outstanding service. Had the signature tasting menu. Being off strip, the price represents excellent value. Only quibble is that the oxtail croque monsieur was repeated from our first visit. Our least favorite dish because it's pretty oily. The taste is good but it's literally oozing oil. They say it's a favorite of most guests, but not us. Did not have the wine paring as 5 glasses, the minimum, is a bit much for me. Just ordered a glass of red. Suggestion would be offer a 2 wine paring, a white and a red.More infoPartagePrice: Very Expensive• French• Chinatown•4.9
