Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in Sugarhouse

Good was great, however we were charged $11 for a bread basket that the waiter insinuated would be free. He asked, “do you want some bread?”

I went with my boyfriend and his mom and we had the most amazing time. Fantastic food, amazing wine and the company and owner of the restaurant were so fun. We had the best time with what started out as strangers at first then turned into friends for a catch up. 10/10 would recommend!!!! Seriously the most amazing time!!!

The sukiyaki we had was incredible 8.5/10 delicious. The vegetable tempura 3/10. The batter was thick like a corndog. no crisp, no crunch, thick, looked white, not golden brown. I have been to the Kyoto dozens of times for the last 20 years. I will only go back for the sukiyaki...

Somosas are excellent! Garlic naan is perfect. All vegetarian dishes I tried are wonderful! Mint sauce was not perfect on this visit, as it was last visit. Last time, mint sauce was the best I'd tasted anywhere, including India! Food here is so much better than competitor on Foothill Blvd near Parley's Way. No comparison! Prices are similar. When I want Indian food, Tandoor is the place I choose. Introduced it to my nephew last week. Have told me friends. It is excellent!
