Best Restaurants for a Quick Bite in Gatineau

Never disappoints! Absolutely delicious cocktails! Started with a light radicchio salad. Blue cheese and chopped nuts being the perfect complement with the raddicio. main dish this evening was the octopus. Loved the veggie side choices but-the ratio of octopus to sauce was off. Need to be a bit more generous with the portion size of the octopus in comparison to the amount of sauce. Dessert was mouth-watering pavlova with dark chocolate ice cream and piled high with fresh raspberries. Divine!! All in all; another fantastic dinner at The Parlor. Ticks all the boxes! Beautiful atmosphere, love the mid-century furnishings! Wait staff and bar tenders always friendly and accommodating so still tied at number 1 with Supply & Demand in Westboro. One request— PLEASE bring back the original deviled eggs!!! They are missed🥰

Our party of 4 came here for dinner before a show at the NAC. The atmosphere was energetic, yet relaxed. We felt very comfortable like being among friends. The food was delicious. I loved the chicken schnitzel with mashed potatoes. Others in our party enjoyed the Steak & Frites, Guinness Mac & Cheese, Smoked Meat Grilled Cheese. I definitely would return to try more dishes. There was a great selection of cocktails and beer. A favourite was the Spicy Paloma. The Service was well-timed and friendly. A good time was had by all.

Their steak is phenomenal, it’s cooked to your liking. Perfect place for a date night, or any type of event, customer service was great and welcoming

Service was great, food very good, entertainment really nice. Friendly and accommodating staff. We forgot to mention an issue with some food garnishing and they offered to remake it. Amazing. Will be back, cool atmosphere!

Always love visiting this spot but we have to give a shoutout to our server who was phenomenal! He had only been working at Gburger for two weeks but you'd never know. He was beyond kind, attentive and really made our experience that much better. If I didn't know he was new we would have assumed he owned the place because he treated his role/job with such care of someone who's very invested in their workplace. So shoutout to hiring amazing staff!! Food of course was great, and amazing value compared to what you get now most places.
