The place is already decorated for Christmas which makes it quite an experience with a polar bear dressed in his best and Santa not to mention all the streamers and stuff hanging from the ceiling. No place like it. Only downside is they fill the place up and it gets tight and warm down in that basement. The fact that you could arrive between 3-9 p.m. stay as long as you wanted sipping on your wine or cocktail made it very special. It went on for about 5-6 minutes and several customers in the restaurant enjoyed it. Our waitress, Niyah, was funny and amazing. She made awesome recommendations and she made our anniversary dinner a very fun event. Our drinks were very good. The personalized menus were a surprise and we will cherish them.. thank you Chart House. The only con I would have about the entire Chart House experience is that the food was not seasoned. I do not like a lot of seasoning and I understand that restaurants lightly season their food because they are serving many customers but this food ( lamb chops and steak) had no seasoning.
