Best Restaurants for Anniversaries in Countryside

The service and food weee both very good. Overall, it was a very good experience.

My family and I dined there on 2-16-25 We had an excellent dining experience. There were 6 of us in our party. we were seated promptly and we got the round table we requested. Our waiter was Davis J. and he was outstanding. Very attentive. He was prompt, courteous and made us feel right at home. he did an excellent job and made our evening very special. All of our dinner selections were cooked perfectly. The appetizers were very good and both the Lobster bisque and New England Clam chowder soups were excellent.

Went for Valentines day and had a great time! They were running a bit behind so we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table even with reservations (which was totally fine). When we got seated we immediately had our waiter come to us to explain the pre set menu and take our drink orders. Every part of the meal was delicious (the milk chocolate candy bar fondue was to die for) and our waiter was very attentive. The only "negative" I would say is that it took forever to get our drinks. Not a huge deal, we saw they only had one guy working the bar for the whole place (and it was packed!). Everything overall was fantastic though and we will totally be back!

Absolutely wonderful. The meal was incredibly delicious as were the raspberry martinis. They really made it a special Valentines Day dinner with rose petals and little red gems on the tables. We had the mixed greens salad with champagne vinaigrette and the hangar steak. For dessert I had the crème brûlée and my companion the chocolate mousse. Both were excellent. Highly recommend this neighborhood “gem”.

Jen's Guesthouse is a fabulous experience from the wait staff to the bus staff but what really stood out was the wonderful service and the incredible food. Scallops cooked to perfection, Chicken Picatta out of this world, beef tenderloin cooked to perfection. Great Service, Great atmosphere and incredible service. My wife and I will definitely be back!!!!!
