Best Restaurants for Anniversaries in Edgewater

I am not saying this lightly. Unquestionably the best meal my husband and I ever had. We had four courses chosen off the regular menu accompanied by wine pairings explained by the sommelier, Matt, who loved his job. It was not unlike an interesting history lesson. Great food! I agree with my husband who said that they really know how to season. I have to add they know how to add an unexpected ingredient that made what would have been a mundane mushroom risotto pop. It was just the right, small amount of pickled mushrooms sprinkled on top. While the crabcake was huge, lump and traditionally prepared. Where it wasn’t required they didn’t over season or do anything just to do something new. Nothing seemed like an afterthought. Fine dining at its best. We are both looking forward to going back.

This was a great place to stop in and eat hibachi. The server did a great job with our orders. The chef was outstanding at the grill. I would definitely eat there again.

The four of us arrived a little early for our reservation, we were warmly welcomed, asked if we needed our coats checked and led to our table. We were asked what kind of water we preferred and if we wanted other kinds of beverages. We were told about the daily specials and given time to peruse the menu. We chose to split the beet and goat cheese salad and to split a Caesar salad. We split two mains, perfectly prepared four double cut lamb chops and a perfectly prepared Filet Mignon. Desserts included a Crème Brûlée, fresh berries with vanilla bean crème anglaise. All was wonderfully prepared and presented along with a perfectly attentive wait staff. They have a spacious bar you might like although we did not avail ourselves this time. Enjoy!

Craft never disappoints - we were told we have a wonderful table in the back but we were given the table next to the server station at the very back. It was still wonderful because the servers weren't interfering with our dinner at all (only Craft can pull that off). The food never disappoints and neither does the service - it's on point and friendly and just wonderful. We had apps, mains and dessert and didn't have a bad thing to say about anything - everyone was happy. Next Time I would request a table not at the very end so you can experience more of the ambience and not look at a wall but other than that all good. Yes - it's pricey but you won't complain about what you ate.

Everything was amazing. It is hard to find. Lyft driver didn’t know where it was and set us out. We had to walk around to find it. Need a sign at the The corner with the restaurants name and an arrow pointing in the direction we need to go. Other than that. This place and staff was perfect for our anniversary dinner.
