- RRebeccaVIPChicago / Illinois •5 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoOur first time! We have done fondue in other places but not at La Fondue. The menu has so many choices - it was impressive. We chose to grill the meat and my biggest complaint is that it was so dark we had to use flashlights to check if the meat was done. Also longer handled spatulas would be helpful to avoid splatter burns. Wait staff and fantastic!More infoLa Fondue - SaratogaPrice: Expensive• French• Saratoga•4.6
- MMiniSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe whole experience was fabulous. Our server, Andy, made the entire experience so much more enjoyable and adapted the courses to each of our respective palates. every course they brought out was divine, and truly food like we had never had before. 100/10 experience, would highly recommend to anyone considering!More infoNobu Palo AltoPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Palo Alto•4.5
- IIreneSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe are 4 of us for dinner, I enjoyed the perfect cut and precisely cooked Japanese wagyu. The special truffle soup was fantastic. The table manager was so kind and great to make us tonight very special. One of our member didn’t like some kind of aged beef, the table manager did his best to make us feel happy. Even though it want not his fault. I do really appreciate the restaurant and manager and the staffs ! We enjoyed food and appreciate the excellent service. I visited multiple times with mostly with family. I will be enjoying food again. I appreciate all your hard work! Thank you. Allof you made my night very happy.More infoAlexander's Steakhouse - CupertinoPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Cupertino•4.6
- SSteveSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 13, 2024Overall, excellent. Just a couple comments: First, the appetizers came out very quickly (a good thing TM) but they beat our initial drinks (wine and beer) by a good 10 minutes. Second, I ordered the filet mignon "medium" because I had been at a Las Vegas steakhouse recently where "medium rare" was barely warm meat. But here the steak came out cooked truly medium and on a very hot plate. So if you like medium rare, you can trust them to do it right, I think. No complaints about how they cooked my steak; just saying I was too conservative in how I ordered it. All food was excellent; service very attentive. It's a louder place but by the end, it had emptied out and quieted down. We were there 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. on a Thursday. If it wasn't quite so expensive, we'd go more often.More infoFleming's Steakhouse - Palo AltoPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Palo Alto•4.4
