The LA CAVA concept is based on Armando's roots. Born and raised in Florence, he grew up learning that as a local, one would go dining in the little Osterias where everything was made fresh daily, prepared with basic ingredients, simple recipes, delightful flavors and lots of love, for a fantastic experience that was also "gentle" on your wallet. No Out-Door dining. STAY SAFE!

Servers phenomenon. Large party well taken care of. Chatted fluently in Italian with one in our party. Food was exceptional. Recommend business section and romantic section. Cocktails would be nice for those not as fond of beer and wine.

Enjoyed Vitello’s quite a lot. Went on Monday night in December and sat outside. There were no other diners around us hence the quiet.😉. Had the bread appetizer, a Hangar 64 (very good and citrusy) a Hugo, the carbonara and the puttanesca and glass on Montepulciano. Ended with decent espressos. The pasta was top notch, not quite Italy, but one of the best I’ve had in LA (low bar I realize) and similar to above average places in New York, NY. The staff were super friendly and quick. The only minor hiccup was having to ask for dinnerware and napkins once our mains arrived. Quickly remedied though. Highly recommend if in North Hollywood/Burbank/WeHo even out to Reseda or Glendale
