Delicious cuisine that we always expect from Tosca, topped off with amazingly attentive service and tables decorated with rose petals and candles everywhere.     We are frequent diners at the Capitol Grille and are never disappointed in the quality of service and the food. Last night we celebrated my wife’s 81st birthday and we were waited upon by Diego Ojeda who did it absolutely wonderful job of making us feel welcome and attending to our needs. As usual, we have the 10 ounce filet mignon our favorite salads, and matching wines. We appreciated the quiet booth and the special dessert celebrating my wife’s birthday. We look forward to returning soon.
