Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Annandale

Honestly, I’m not even sure if my rating is fair because it was Valentine’s Day night. Truly, one of the busiest days to go out and dine. However, I know our server was doing his best to get to us as quickly as possible, but there was a lot of wait time in between those times. I did notice that the restaurant was a little cold as well, but that’s temporary for them I’m sure. The food was seasoned so well, and I just love going there. I will be back again! 🙂

It was great to see Clyde’s so busy, having suffered through the pandemic when I feared for the employees and company running the Mark Center location. One of the staff said they had served almost 700 patrons by 10 and fully expected to serve 800 by midnight. This kind of success is a symptom of all kinds of things going right: Food, service, ambiance, atmosphere, as usual, were outstanding.

My wife and I went to Kirby club for their Valentine’s Day special. First thing that stood out was the preparedness of the staff to seat us right away. Secondly, the restaurant’s interior looks so much better in person. I loved the atmosphere. We did the 3-course dinner special with wine pairings. Every part of the meal was delicious and the bartenders were very busy, yet very attentive to us. And I can’t forget to mention the rest of the staff, all contributing to a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our Valentine’s Day a special one!

My wife and I took the rare opportunity to have a date night at Chasin’ Tails. The staff were all extremely personable and helpful throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend the Australian King Prawns and the Crudo. Every cocktail was well balanced and beautifully presented. My wife and I decided to walk next door to Vue for an evening ending libation, where we ran into Ashley, whom my wife had been greeted by at Chasin’ Tails. We were unaware she was one of the owners of both restaurants! One of the best ambassadors you could ask for. We are looking forward to trying their other venue Roll Play after seeing the high quality and immaculate customer service at both Chasin’ Tails and Vue.

We enjoyed a great dinner out celebrating Galentine’s. The food, service, and company was superb! Our waiter Carlos was top notch.
