Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Chinatown / Kensington Market

Amazing food and great service. The lobster spaghetti was top class. Our waitress gave an excellent wine paring for the pasta and she was extremely good with the way she made us feel welcomed. We were there for my wife’s birthday, and they accommodated us with a sparkler and a personal birthday wish note, which added a nice touch to the whole evening. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely visit again !

This past Grey Monday was another triumph of the exceptional team at Grey Gardens. These monthly events are a testament to the creativity of the folks in the kitchen, the brilliance of the wine pairings by the somm, and the diligence of the wonderful staff on the floor. The big highlights for me were the fried rice, the honey toast dessert, and the sake pairing. Grey Mondays are such a special place and I wish I could preserve those evenings in a bubble forever to enjoy over and over again. Do yourself a favour and make the last Monday of your month the highlight!

Wonderful experience!! We tried the $100 symposium menu and it was plenty of food for 2 people. Every plate was delicious and was accommodating towards our food preferences. We also got complimentary champagne as part of our celebration but we had to return it because we don’t drink. Would’ve been cool if we had that traded with some non alcoholic champagne ;) but nonetheless an amazing experience overall!!!!!!

Amazing food, amazing service, amazing vibe. For a fancy place it was well worth the money. Even though I felt like it was a tad bit more expensive than normal.
