- KKarinaMinneapolis - St. Paul •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy husband and I left dinner last night and couldn’t stop talking about how great it was. First of all, the inside is decorated so wonderfully for Christmas… it’s just beautiful! The service was beyond what we’ve had at any other restaurant in the DFW area. Now let’s talk about the food! I don’t even know where to start. We ordered 7 different items and each one was amazing!! My husband said “I think this is the best dinner we’ve had since moving to Texas!”, and that was 6 years ago! 10 out of 10! We will be back!More infoShinsei RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Asian• Park Cities•4.8

Me and another guest had Fried Chicken and Waffles. It was the bomb. We tried the crème burlee waffles. Also amazing. Another guest had the Chicken biscuit sandwich. It was huge and looked appetizing. When we are back in Dallas we will be coming here again.More infoYardbird Table & Bar - DallasPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Southern• Dallas-Ft. - MMarkDallas - Fort Worth •53 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe eat here two to three times a year. Last night was probably the best food we’ve had in the last five years. The bottle of Moet was great. Opening the evening was a plate of four pastries (gougyure?) filled with salmon mousse and caviar. We followed with a Farmer’s Green Salad. My wife had catch of the day. Me? Fried quail. There was not a hiccup with any of these entrees - all were excellent. The desserts - chocolate mousse and an apple tart with ice cream The chef’s gift to the table was a pumpkin soup with coconut milk. I wished that they would make this a regular menu item. One slight flaw. The recipe for the famous Dean Fearing tortilla soup seems to have changed. All in all - an excellent evening. IF. If I could change one thing? Hire a carpenter. Put in a vestibule ahead of the outside entry door. it was cold outside last night, and the drafts that passed through the restaurant are quite cold. All in all - the $$ were well spent.More infoThe Mansion Restaurant at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle CreekPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Turtle Creek / Oak Lawn•4.6
- DDemetriVIPDallas - Fort Worth •1108 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by Dieter Krappl, GM, Terry Cook, Head Chef, Walter, Professional Waiter, and the other management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend café Pacific! I wish we would have split or maybe we should have asked how big they were. My husband had the Caesar which was perfect. Anchovies were fresh and delicious. I had the roasted pear salad. It was delicious. The dressing was perfect The entrees a filet and halibut were cooked perfectly Coconut cream pie delicious creamy. The bread basket had a great variety Overall I would give a 10 Thank youMore infoAl Biernat's - Oak LawnPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Turtle Creek / Oak Lawn•4.8
