    There were 8 people for lunch, we were seated at a round table, so conversation was all conclusive, being able to talk and see each other was a huge advantage. Food was delicious. Our waitstaff was very good. Helpful explaining the menu for us. We were celebrating a 40Th and 50th birthdays. They were given a special birthday treat. So thanks for a lovely meal with you today.     Our server Anna was soooo knowledgeable, sooo charming, and just an overall pleasure! All staff were pleasant. Ambiance was good. One huge open dining room, bar, kitchen. Nice casual atmosphere. Food was fan-freaking-tastic! Only disappointment was the calamari, which was just breaded and fried. Not seasoned well. BUT, the rest of it was phenomenal. Beef tartare was silky and buttery. Arancini was rich and cheesy. I had the short rib Marsala which is one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. Finished by a white chocolate apple butter cake that really was the icing on the cake! Beautiful job North. We will most certainly be back to see you!

    Never a disappointment! Food and beverages exactly as stated on the menu -- properly prepared and presented. Mr. Ira Z, our server, was his usual friendly and efficient self! Same goes for his assistant, Mr. Miguel. The hostesses warmly greeted us, which is typical. Hat's off to the chefs, local management, corporate management, and especially Mr. Ira Z! I expect they'll keep up the excellent efforts!! This Capital Grille is our favorite high-end steak house -- for good reason. (The facility is clean and presentable; pleasant.)
