- RrobertvipWashington, D.C. Area •21 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had Thanksgiving dinner at the restaurant. We’re vegans but semi cheated by choosing vegetarian options. The food and service were excellent, and the ambiance was perfect for a holiday dinner. It was a little expensive, although it was a holiday and it’s a resort town. We should note that the service was particularly good. I doubt you can find a more welcoming and warm restaurant staff.More infoUnion ParkPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Cape May•4.6
- KKathyNew Jersey •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI have been to the Avalon Gold Club numerous times for lunch. I enjoyed each visit. Today I was there for the Thanksgiving buffet. There were many food choices to pick from. Everything I had was absolutely delicious. Even though alot of people were seated the place was remarkably quiet - so you got to enjoy your meal and conversation with people at your table. I am returning twice in December - once for my birthday and the other Christmas Eve day and I look forward to each visit.More infoAvalon Links RestaurantPrice: Expensive• American• Cape May Court House•4.6
- EEdwardvipPhiladelphia County •31 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoThis is about the tenth time we’ve eaten here over the years. It has always been one of our favorites and must stops. This time was different. We were greeted by a hostess that had a plate of food at the hostess station. I have never seen that in my life and do not want to see it at a fine dining restaurant. I remember a time when you were served a small charcuterie board but not anymore. I get it but miss it. The Caesar salad was ok but had a sprinkle of cheese on top. Not near enough to give it the taste. My branzino special was large but was a bit bland. My husband liked his salmon but the piece was really small. Not like he remembered. We were thankful for the bowl of Parmesan left at our table and the mousse dessert was perfect; light and not too sweet. I will go again but it was just a little off this time.More infoSapore ItalianoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Cape May•4.6
