Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Argay

This has become one of our favorite dining spots in Portland. There is wide variety of food that is prepared and served perfectly, and the drinks are expertly crafted. And to top it all off, you are pleasantly surprised when you get your total bill, and find it was all relatively inexpensive for restaurants in this day and age. A truly amazing experience.

I wasn’t really impressed with the seating because I had specifically requested a more intimate setting for my partner and I as we were celebrating our birthdays and we felt like we were right in the middle of other parties both to our left and right and behind. So bummed out they didn’t take that booking information into consideration otherwise everything else was great.

Every dish was a surprising delight. We ordered the rice table. I wasn’t sure what to expect, and found a feast of delicious and very different foods. The chicken satay redefined that dish for me. The clams with some kind of chewy pork infused croutons was fantastic. The corn fritters were to die for, as was the apple cider donut for dessert. We left both completely stuffed and sure to come back. Our server was lovely and knowledgeable.

This is my favorite restaurant in PDX!!! Best food! Great service! (Our server already knows our order and comes over with our favorite drinks as soon as she sees us) Their fried lobster tails are 🔥 Food is kinda pricey but def worth it!
