    Wow.. This restaurant left me and my partner absolutely at a loss for words. Before I begin HUGE shout out to the most amazing server I've ever met, Graham. He really curated our experience and brought a personal yet professional level of excitement to our dining experience. Every dish was crafted with immense care and quality. The story behind the dishes and the flavour profile was nothing short of a immaculate dining experiences. Huge thank you to Chef Daniele for exceptional food and a wonderful conversation.     Loved the place!! Everything was perfect, the food, service, ambiance. The chicken adobo though, seems a bit salty, or maybe we were just looking for the traditional adobo we know, like with vinegar etc. But aside from that, we had an awesome experience.
