He got the Cacio e Pepe, I got the Bucatini a la Pesto. Mine was labeled a favorite and the flavor was off the charts. So good. He finished his entire order, so his was enjoyed as well. We then moved onto the tableside Tiramisu. FANtastic. This place is a gem. We can't wait to make it more of a rotation! Buon Natale!More infoTrattoria Da SofiaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Kensington•4.6

As a party of two I tried the layered potatoes, calamari appetizer, sea bass and short ribs. I am gluten free and very happy with the options. We sat out on the patio which I highly recommend. All the staff was professional and responsive. I look forward to returningMore infoThe Prado at Balboa ParkPrice: Moderate• Californian• Downtown•4.6
- AArvindSan Diego •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoIt is one of the best Italian restaurants in San Diego. I have been dining there for years and it has always kept its high standards. It is a family run business and the owners offer a personal touch by speaking with their patrons and offering suggestions, making one feel special. Lovely place and good selection of food for several dietary needs.More infoSiamo NapoliPrice: Moderate• Italian• North Park•4.7

Service and ambiance can’t complain. At the end of our meal they treated us with a celebratory song complete with a cake and sparkling candles which was really nice. This restaurant is underrated.More infoAKA San DiegoPrice: Expensive• Asian• Downtown•3.8
- HHaleyPhoenix / Arizona •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoOne of the best meals we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to be back. We did the Mediterranean feast, it was 5 courses. The first course was dip trip with fresh out the oven pita that I could have made a whole meal off of. The baba ganoush was incredible. My husband doesn’t usually like it but it was his favorite of the dips. The second course was a yellowtail with a mild spice level that paired well. The third course was a potato pasta? It was delicious. Sometimes the descriptions of the course were hard to hear and read off fast. The next course was a crusted halibut & then finally a lemon meringue with coconut bark. I kept thinking the portions may be too small especially since my husband can eat a lot. But we both left more than full. I did the wine pairing with the meal & there wasn’t one that I didn’t like. I struggled to keep up throughout the meal & wasn’t able to finish the last glass but thoroughly enjoyed the experience here. The service was excellent. We had Connor and Aiden but everyone was very attentive.More infoCallie RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Downtown•4.8
