The squash blossoms and ceviche were great choices to begin. The Wagyu filet was amazing and reasonably priced compared to other places. Nice that it comes with a side. The scallops and soup were good as well. The desserts were wonderful caramel bread pudding was the favorite of the desserts but the three we tried were all excellent.More infoHarbor Seafood & Steak CoPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Salt Lake City•4.8

My only recommendations would be to change your music - too many instrumentals with horrible offbeat drumming that we couldn't wait until ended. It was a distraction. Would also love to see just a little bigger menu. It would bring us back more often with more options.More infoProvisionsPrice: Expensive• American• Salt Lake City•4.6

- TTanyaUtah •9 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI love Cafe Madrid for the food, the Spanish wines, the ambience and the service. It is like dining in someones home. The food is excellent. Between my dining companion and I we ordered surf and turf. The salmon was not overcooked and tender, with the lightest crust from the searing. The medallions were tender and a perfectly cooked medium rare. Since this was brunch we started with a dark roast coffee that was rich and full bodied with no hint of bitterness. We complemented the meal with 2 dry white Spanish wines, one very slightly fruitier than the other, which was lovely with the medallions. Once things settled a bit we finished with a rich creamy flan. This restaurant is a locally owned gem with chefs who show care and attention to the quality of the food. I am already looking forward to my next visit.More infoCafe MadridPrice: Moderate• Spanish• Holladay / Midvale / Sandy / Union•4.6
