- GGilbertWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe food was really good. We did the family table tasting menu, and everything they brought out was delicious. I really liked the oysters. They brought out more dishes than was on the menu. Each of the main dishes had a pre-dish attached to it, including dessert. The service was great; our waitress was super helpful and friendly. The ambiance was very romantic, and the dining area was fairly quiet and calm, so you don't feel the need to shout and can enjoy a nice, relaxing meal with somebody. We enjoyed sitting near the fireplace. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would go there again. One last thing, the tasting menu was reasonably priced with the amount and quality of food you're getting.More infoIron GatePrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Dupont Circle•4.6
- AAlyssaWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoMy friend and I had a wonderful first time experience at The Park at 14th. We booked a two hour bottomless brunch on a Saturday morning and the food was spectacular! They also had so many different mimosas flavors, that were really delightful. We would definitely recommend. 10/10 experience for sure.More infoThe Park at 14thPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.8
- SsholaWashington, D.C. Area •63 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoStepping into this culinary haven felt like entering a world where every detail was orchestrated to perfection. From the moment we arrived with our friends, the restaurant's ambiance embraced us—an exquisite balance of sophistication and warmth, with softly glowing lights and elegantly set tables whispering promises of an unforgettable evening. The service was impeccable, a masterclass in attentiveness without intrusion. Every need was anticipated, every question answered with genuine enthusiasm. The staff moved with a choreography that was as seamless as it was impressive, making us feel both pampered and welcomed. And then, the food of Mediterranean flavours. Oh, the food! Each dish was a revelation—a symphony of flavors that surprised and delighted at every turn. The creativity and precision that went into each plate were nothing short of artistry. From the first bite to the last, we were entranced by layers of flavor that unfolded like a story, with unexpected notes and harmonious pairings that left us in awe. We and our friends, seasoned travelers and diners who frequent Michelin-starred establishments around the world, agreed without hesitation: this was one of the best meals we've had in years. The entire experience was transcendent, a celebration of culinary brilliance that we will remember and rave about for a long time to come. A true gem that sets the standard for excellence.More infoAlhambraPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Downtown•4.7

Area •6 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 5, 2025The greenhouse is an elegant brunch and dinner spot with beautiful ambience and decor, as well as great service and presentation of food and drinks. It is a great spot for birthdays, brunch, and other events. I recently did my bridesmaid proposals here, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful in pulling together the small event. I would recommend for romantic date nights, birthdays, and future brunches.More infoThe Greenhouse at The Jefferson, DCPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.8
