Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Woodbridge

When I first arrived, I was informed that I didn’t have a reservation. I opened my OpenTable app to show that I did have one, and surprisingly, the staff found my name. They then attempted to seat my friend and me at a table near the door, which was freezing both inside and outside. I requested a different table, and they found a much better spot on the other side of the restaurant. However, it was still quite cold inside. I ordered the chafran rice combo with chicken, steak, and shrimp, which came with plantains, and it was absolutely delicious. Despite the initial issues, the dish made the experience worthwhile.

Everything was outstanding, decor felt like I was in a old French mom and dad restaurant which me and my partner loved! Food was on spot every cooked to perfection as well as tasted better then anything I’ve ever had before. The only thing that I guess to complain about is the noise level raised quite highly around 7:00pm and up. (Try and book your reservation a week in advance if you want a romantic quiet night try around 5 or 6pm. Other than that very respectful staff that were on top of everything very professional and you could tell they love their jobs! definitely making this spot a special occasion date spot and will be back indefinitely.

It can be a while before getting your food but the waiter on this particular night was very attentive and kind.

We have been to Charbroil before and had better experiences with our previous visits. I'm not saying that the food or service was bad. This time, they just seemed a bit more rushed. The quality of the food was not as good as our previous visits either. Several of the meat choices had more fat and grissel than I thought they should have. The grilled shrimp were good but a bit tougher than they should have been. Might have to give it a bit more time before our next visit.
