Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Blakeney

It was my friends birthday and the entire team at O-Ku made her feel extra special. The host, the busers, wait staff, etc everyone said happy birthday…it was even on the menu. And they brought a birthday dish that was delicious, South End Shrimp, order it!!! Also they were out of her favorite roll (potato roll) bc they have to roll it before shift it is so intricate, we were bummed but moved on everything was so good. Towards the end of the meal they brought out a potato roll they rolled especially for us! Amazing! I rarely give words reviews but Mayling and team were awesome. Thank you!!

Five of us had dinner here for my parents anniversary. Started with a Coquito that was on their drink menu, this tasted like the one I had back in Puerto Rico, very authentic. We had the Paella and the Asada experience, both were delicious. Paella had fresh ingredients well seasoned and the Asada steaks were tender and cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend for any special occasion.

Most amazing food and service! Love how they change the menu up, but everything is always thoughtful and amazing!

Angelines was a great Christmas dinner for my family of four. The entire staff from the valet to the server made us all feel welcome. We started with whipped ricotta. It was delicious! Don’t sleep on the chopped salad, very tasty. It was hard to choose an entrée because each one looked amazing.

We found the Fug Tree on Open table and a travel blog recommendation and it was exactly what we were looking for! We had a fabulous time celebrating my daughter’s 23rd birthday trip from Los Angeles -- and met others celebrating their anniversaries. We shared 2 apps, a salad, 1 main, and ordered 3 drinks (2 different cocktails and a glass of wine) — and unfortunately didn’t have room for dessert which we were looking forward to — but they still brought some homemade chocolates on a plate inscribed Happy Birthday with a candle, which was lovely! The wait staff were very personable and took great care of us including splitting shared dishes without being asked. The cocktails were unique and yummy. The food was a fantastic mix of flavors and cooked to perfection. The house was tastefully decorated for the holidays. Compared to LA prices it was at least 50% less expensive than a similar experience — but we did tip a lot more than we usually would since service was fantastic and min wage in NC is about 1/4 of that in CA.
