Incredibly lovely & rich in horse country history. Our server Paul was fantastic with personality & knowledge of the restaurant. What can you say tabout the food at RC. Never disappoints. My brother & sister in laws are planning to visit after our high praise & they live about four hours away. I will say this this is the best time to be here in the off season. We were there on Tuesday evening where tapas are offered from a special menu. It is a great way to try small tastings of their menu, and for me there isn’t a disappointing item on it! The new owners are delightful, they redid the interior and it is gorgeous, spacious and very comfortable. Our waiter Jessie was amazing, he took the time to explain dishes and drinks. He was friendly and professional. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this spot, a top recommendation from me. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! We ordered the clam chowder which had many fresh clams and a couple in the shell on top and the special salad with warm pears, goat cheese, and walnuts. They were both very tasty. Our entrees were two large , white pizzas. One with clams and garlic and the other with sausage, broccoli rabe, and smoked mozzarella. They were excellent. The crust was nice and crispy . We sat in front of the brick pizza oven which made it warm & cozy. Our server, Natalie, a sweetheart, was very friendly and attentive. Panico's staff is great. We had a fun evening.
