The atmosphere perfectly captured the energy of the show—modern, vibrant, and exciting. We were seated promptly at a table with a great view of the open kitchen, where the chefs worked like a well-oiled machine. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive but not intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and every course arrived at the perfect pace. Now, onto the food: it was flawless. The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy, while the sticky toffee pudding ended the meal on a high note. The attention to detail in every aspect, from plating to presentation, was outstanding. It’s clear the team here takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. No drama, no hiccups—just exceptional food and service. The food was delicious! We had the salmon and lobster tail. Though the lobster was expensive it was understandable at market price. The presentation was beautiful and the restaurant was equally so. Highly recommend it if you want a fine dining dinner. Recommend booking a reservation, it gets very busy!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about The Chart House ! Service was outstanding! We split the chopped salad and each had the cold water lobster tail!! Excellent, perfectly cooked and sweet. Yumm It was served with delicious vegetables that were lightly cooked and perfect! We can’t wait to go back !!
