The food last night was absolutely delicious with the pork loin with apple chutney being a standout. The salad station was fresh and well stocked, the soups were heavenly, and the dessert bar was amazing with the mousse cups and bread pudding causing us to go back for seconds. The Grove Park Inn is full of history and is fun to walk around and explore, the views of the mountains are spectacular, during Christmas the decorations are festive, and the fireplaces are so cozy. So when you go for dinner, it’s not just a meal but also an experience. I take everyone that comes to visit us in Asheville. Two members of our group are gluten intolerant and Posana provides a safe environment for them to eat without having to review every ingredient. It is also exemplary to have every option available to them without having to take a salad or the only protein based option.
