The lighting wasn't too bright (it was nice and moody) and set the mood for a great date. The service totally reminded us of the restaurant "Ever" on The Bear, haha. Chris, the server, always knew what we needed even without us asking. The food was the best part. We got the Teryoki Sirloin and French Onion soup. Both were great, but my favorite was the soup. I think the steak would have been on another level if marinated. Something to keep in mind! My wife, two daughters, and I came in for a Valentine’s date, and it was no surprise to find the restaurant fully booked—good thing I made our reservations back in January! As always, we were promptly seated, and this time, we had the pleasure of having Emilio as our server. While every visit has been fantastic, Emilio truly took the experience to another level. His exceptional service, attention to detail, and spot-on recommendations made the night even more memorable. The food, of course, was outstanding. My wife’s petite filet was cooked to perfection, my 16oz ribeye was full of flavor, and the kids' menu offered fantastic options like steak and salmon—something our daughters absolutely loved. While the food at Ruth’s Chris is always a highlight, what keeps us coming back is the overall experience and top-tier service. Tonight was no exception, with Emilio and his team making it a truly special evening.
