We love to sit near the fireplace, however there was not an available table in that area. Instead we were seated upstairs which was such a pleasant experience! It was much more quiet and formal. Our waiter was so kind, attentive and funny! The food was 10/10 as per usual. We enjoy the crab cake, baked clams, porterhouse for two, shishito peppers and lobster mac; it’s our “go-to” dinner. He was absolutely impressive to the point, we had to put in a good word to the Manager. Just when I could not be anymore impressed, Manager Rubins handed me his card & told us the next time we come to make sure we send him a text to make sure we get taken care of. WOW! We were initially ushered to a table for 2 and my husband asked if we could have a 4-top. Within a minute we moved to a spacious table. Immediate exceptional customer service! From then it only got better. Jason, our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly without being intrusive. Each course was delicious and this was a first: no leftovers.
