The large seafood tower was good. Shrimp cocktail, with large shrimp, raw oysters, raw tuna, Cajun scallops. Then we got the charcuterie board. Sopressetta, cheeses, olives, two dips, we got oysters Rockefeller, lump crab cakes and fried calamari. They have baby chibatta breads with butter. Our waiter was awesome. Shout out to Nicholas! Was an awesome date night. The piano was a nice addition to the ambiance. Low lighting, quiet, elegant. My husband wore black slacks and a cable knit sweater, I wore a sweater dress with boots. It came with dipping sauce that included roasted garlic, which was to die for. We had the sacchetti as an appetizer and it was just as delicious as the bread. For our meals, we had the Bolognese and the tortellini and both were so delicious. The portion sizes were good, but not ridiculously large. The amount of protein included was generous. The pasta was delightful. For dessert we had the tiramisu and the mousse and both were a spectacular ending to a spectacular meal. The service was perfect, she took the time to chat a little here and there but never hovered. The noise level was a little louder than I’d prefer but not obnoxiously so. Never had to wait on a refill, she explained the menu and extras not on the menu. Food was delicious. A little pricey but with the options and quality well worth it. The pretzels they bring out as complimentary bread come with compound butters that were amazing. I despise mustard but the Dijon butter was wow!! As an ex waiter, I really appreciate the staff here. Everything moves in a relaxed, efficient manner balancing good attention to our table without being obnoxious, if you know what I mean. The menu here has enough variety of appetizers, seafood, pasta, soup, steaks, meats, and desserts to please just about anyone. Kudos to Chef and management! Add to that a well rounded selection of house cocktails, wine, and beer and you cannot help but have a terrific meal here. One last thing, and this is for the men reading this review: Gentlemen, is it too much to ask to throw on a blazer or suit jacket to take your wife or girlfriend out for a Valentine's Day dinner? When a restaurant website suggests Business Casual for attire, they are referring to what a man should wear.
