My dear companion now uses a cane and walks quite slowly. The valet noticed and actually drove him around to the front door where I met them having come down the stairs and secured our reservation. On leaving a member of wait staff lead him out a side door to the curb while I brought the car around. They made the night of my dear's birthday even more wonderful than just the dinner.
