Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Washington Township

It was busy and our server had a large amount of tables, therefore, service was not great. Normally, service is great and food is great. Neither was up to the norm. I still highly recommend this restaurant. Chalk it up to not a great night. Definitely going back!

Hollyhock Hill is true gem! You cannot beat their fried chicken or chicken fingers. The service was very good. We had 6 people in our group and never had to ask for drink refills or anything else. Most of the meal choices include salad, rolls, apple butter, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, green beans, and ice cream sundae. I do recommend you get a reservation, as it is very popular.

Very accommodating in switching our reservation time. Thank you! The food, service, and dinner experience was very good. Attentive but not intrusive wait staff. All food selections were met with glowing favorability. Northside Social is always a great place if looking for a nice dinner gather, with a welcoming experience and quality menu items. Cocktail selections also were excellent. Looking forward to future opportunities to met with friedns and family for a dinner here!

The vibe there is very cool. We started with the biscuits which were amazing. The fried chicken is spot on and the shrimp and grits are a must if you like that dish. We sat in the bar and the bartender was attentive and made one heck of an Old Fashion. We’ll be back.
