Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old electricity substation on the site of London"s oldest meat market. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. All service staff work so hard to make sure customers are satisfied. We had a glitch on one of the orders but the staff immediately rectified it and offered a free glass of wine to compensate. We really didn’t expect this. Portions are substantial. Good value all round. Front of house staff are to be commended.

Really good night exactly what I expected the evening to be.. very welcoming, seated straight away, plenty of staff on hand, food and drinks came in good timing and hard a lovely night with my girls.. loud and fun.

A quiet, beautifully hidden space in the heart of Peckham. The menu is minimal and well-executed, and Francesco was a brilliant host. Furthermore, the tiramisu is the best I’ve had in London. We will definitely be coming back:)
